Sessions allow clients to begin the rebuilding process by evaluating (ROM) range of motion, including the beginning stages of breaking down muscle tissue before/after warm-ups. We assist with hands on joint stabilization, contraction, and muscle release stretching routines. Our objective is to build independent individuals that’s aware of the benefits of stretching and muscle balance.
